About This Session

A safe and friendly lake environment to meet fellow stand up paddlers, test out kit and develop paddle skills. All sessions are instructor led and fully supervised.

Beginners: new to SUP or still a little wobbly.... 

Improvers: able to stand up confidently, undertake basic turns, etc.​....

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your session time to pump up and get changed. 

Following your session, you can get warm, have a chat and enjoy a brew.

Saturday morning (November - April)
  • 9.30am - 10.30am beginners 
  • 10.45am - 11.45am improvers  
Session cost: £15.00

Board hire: £2.50*

*For board hire please pay £2.50 on arrival. 

​All board hire fees from 2022 will be donated towards the new NEWSAR incident support vehicle.
