We are aslo providers of bespoke paddle sessions and guided tours, along with corporate days, hen and stag party's, etc.

Welsh White Water Weekend

​Join SUP Lass Paddle Adventures and Stand Up Paddle Board UK in the heart of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley for a weekend of coached white water paddling, river adventures, oodles of cake and luxury bunkhouse accommodation. Dates below:

Norway Expedition | SUP Norway
Join SUP Lass Paddle Adventures and SUP Norway for a six day adventure in the UNESCO protected Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjord. From your board soak up mountains, waterfalls, saunas, traditonal Norwegian food and wild camp sites.  Dates Caz will be leading, are below:

SUP River Cleans | Welsh Dee Trust 
We're always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help out with our Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) river cleans. Running regularly throughout the summer, these events take place along various stretches of the beautiful River Dee in partnership with the Welsh Dee Trust.

Each clean lasts around 2–3 hours and is completely free to attend. We provide all the equipment you’ll need — including a paddleboard and instruction — so just bring along your enthusiasm!
