2 Hour SUP + Winter River Skills Session

A group session covering clothing, kit and journey planning taking place on the majestic River Dee. 

About This Session

With the correct cold weather kit and knowledge, paddlers can enjoy SUP all year round.

​During this session you will learn about:

  • Clothing and essential winter kit
  • Water safety and hazard awareness 
  • Journey planning, inc considertations around water levels and weather conditions 
  • Leave No Trace principles

This is a group session suitable for those who have some prior paddling experience.

​A kit list will be supplied on booking. 

Prices

£50.00 per person for a 2-hour group session, which is a mix of bankside theory and on the water practical. The price also includes a Kelly Kettle brew and piece of cake. 

You can use your own equipment or request to use ours.

Session Dates

  • 12.00noon  Sunday 11th December 
  • 12.00noon Sunday 15th January 
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the start time to set up your board and get changed.
